TWO QUESTIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY: 1. Why did Sam emphasize the importance of leaving your eyes open during the first part of this practice? My current practice space is cluttered and my eyes kept darting around. While I feel more centered when i close my eyes, i wonder if there is something new to learn here. 2. What is “straw breath”? This is a new term for me. Thank you!

Hmm i was really looking forward to this as ive been under a lot of stress lately, but unfortunately it just didnt do it for me. I love Sams relaxing and calming voice though, but found the number of “invitations” and “pleases” was annoying me, although i appreciated the intention behind them.
