Bless this comments section because as another non pregnant person I was also going to skip this but changed my mind based on what I read. A lovely practice and I found myself surprisingly emotional thinking about motherhood in all its forms. You never know what you'll get on the mat and what a true gift that is!

I haven't done this yet but reading so many comments here from non-pregnant people I just wanted to add: thank you so much for adding more prenatal videos to FWFG!!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and while I was on FWFG every day before my pregnancy I've hardly ever been here since then (or 2nd trimester at least) because I found it to be very challenging to navigate my way through the videos finding the ones I can do. So I explored other Youtube channels which was fine, too, but oh how I miss FWFG 💜 looking forward to trying this one!

“May your baby be happy. Be healthy. May they live with ease. Be well!”

I am not pregnant. Been quite busy…I am here because I was looking for some relief for my back, legs and hips before I call it a night. I know this new session will have something for me too! I’m so grateful that I gave this a try! I’ve gifted myself with the relief I needed! I Found What Felt Good!

Minimal but very helpful cues. The pacing is great. Nice breath work! This is very good for the legs, the hips, the lower back, the spine, even the shoulders and it’s so soothing! I like how Liz exhales, it’s so calming.

I thought this would be a nice warmup to today’s practice. I got that. But Wow! I felt those leg lifts in my hips, inner thighs and then the release was very rewarding. All those subtle movements are very satisfying! To say the least.

I’d say that this is also good after extensive physical work or exercise or just being on one’s feet (focused on maintaining balance on ladders…) or crunched over the computer for long hours (when we forget to stand up because we are so focused on what we are doing and time passes us by…) Thank you for this gift Liz! I feel so blessed even if this practice was not originally meant for me! 💚🩵💙💜 12/12/24

I’ve just signed up for the FWFG membership after years of doing YWA videos. I thought about skipping this but I wanted to ease my way into pilates since I’ve never done it before. It was a fun, gentle way to start and I’m looking forward to doing more practices with Liz!

So lovely, I'm glad I read the comments. My 26 year old youngest baby is flying to Japan today so I'm happy I put a safe white light around him. Thank you, Liz

Really nice workout! My husband came in while working out and heard the prompts to pull the baby in toward your spine.

Both of us are almost 68, his question was comical 😂😂😂

Thanks for another awesome workout!

Wow! I am so glad I did this. I almost skipped it as I am 8 months postpartum and thought, I wished I had this practice for the prenatal period, too late. Then I read some of the comments and was really touched by how many non-pregnant people got something out of it! I was able to reconnect with my pregnancy and remember pregnancy with joy. I experienced a lot of disconnect with an unplanned cesarean and could not connect my baby to my pregnancy. This practice was so healing to remember it all and the hip work felt really healing and restorative! Thank you so much for this practice and thanks everyone for your messages to inspire me to join along. ✨

No pregnancy here either and like so many others well into menopause but, it was a Liz Pilates video and who could resist! All I ever wanted to be was a Mum, I was blessed just once and loved every moment of my pregnancy, my baby is now 14 and I still love every moment. I used prenatal yoga when pregnant and birthed purely with yogic breathe, this was a beautiful reminder of that wonderful time and the blessings of being a mummy. Thank you lovely Liz namaste 🙏🏽 🌈 💓

Thank you Liz - as always a lovely practice from you and not just for pregnant women- I enjoyed it and am post menopause. Been doing at home yoga for about 10 years and this is the first time I burst into tears at the end of practice, don't know why but it felt as if something let go and now I'm feeling more relaxed and light in my body - so thanks again 🙏
