Peaceful Warrior Yoga is a 27 minute yoga practice to soften, strengthen, and remember that your attitude help shapes your world.

Practice being conscious of your perception within the poses and notice how you handle the things you discover on the mat. If that isn’t motivation to take some time to move and cycle through some deep breaths - I don’t know what is.

Find What Feels Good.

After 2 weeks off the mat for a wrist injury this being my first practice back was the stars aligning. Today is the anniversary of my twin sisters death and the words spoken gave me so much focus. Thank you for guiding me. ✨

It would’ve been my mother’s birthday today and saw this is a sad milestone, this practice really made it easier for me to breathe through my tears

Thank you for this practice. It always amazes me how Adriene seems to know exactly what we need, right when we need it, through these calendars. Today I was looking for a “yoga for sadness” practice to add on, but before searching I thought, let me just read today’s description first. Sure enough—this one was exactly what I needed.

My 5-year-old pup, Murphy, is having surgery today to remove a tumor on his leg. We’re hoping it hasn’t spread, but it’s in a tricky spot and the vet was a little wary, so I’ve been carrying a lot of emotions. This practice helped calm and ground me as much as anything possibly could today.

I’m so grateful for this community and for this beautiful moment of presence.

I feel exhausted peace after this practice. I added a few hip and shoulder openers then some forward folds and half folds. Just following my heart. My head is troubled with sadness and stresses and it will take time to heal, so thank you Adriene for helping me along my path. Namaste x

Yes, click the bubble in the upper right hand corner. The third icon in from the right. Then click on "none”. If you’re in the pause mode it’s easy to see.

Really got this one today. I enjoyed the wake-up series with Alia last week but didn’t realise hiw much Ihad missed Adriene - I’m afraid yoga for me just isn’t the same without her!

"The idea that your attitude creates your world....Peace in our thoughts. Peace in our words. Peace in our hearts." This practice and Adriene's words are the balm I needed today. Challenging time personally with the illness of a loved one. Challenging times in the world. Such a beautiful reminder to continue to show up, roll out my mat and practice...and then carry that practice into the world. Thank you for reminding me I can do hard things with grace.
