❤️! Possibly mu favourite series of all time

The Rise series is what I come back to time and time again. I don’t love all the music (not a fan of the spooky, haha), but I have to say the piano music playing early in this particular practice lifts me up. That music, and this practice, is what I need when the grief of my husband’s death seems too heavy to bear. Thank you Adriene and team. ❤️

Perfect combination of heat and stretching
