<p>That was surprisingly good! My face is a little dewy, I warmed up a little, but I feel so lighthearted after this! I feel strong. Because I am! My breath stayed on. My stomach gurgled a little, just now. Seemingly in agreement that everything has been digested well. I love this core work. I feel this containment in the four sides of my core. Quite strengthening. And confidence-boosting. Nice shoulders. Open heart. Long spine. Strong legs. Nice feedbacks all throughout. Spacious mind as it followed my breath and stayed present. Nice hips. </p><p>I love the cat-cow to prepare for what’s to come ;) This is a good session as each action worked on the areas around the core. It’s a nice recruitment of the innermost core muscles. You’re very considerate and highly creative! Those leg lifts were so good, nice core engagement. Strengthening the core without any crunches, but through creating space. That felt really good. I trust you and the process Adriene. And it’s done me a lot of good. Those lifted knee from tabletop position and extending the other leg…that was such a lovely surprise. I relished hugging the midline. Just when I thought I could not get anything more done…I was able to lift Simba for more…thanks to your gentle cues! You are always able to coax me into doing something that will make me FWFG. Love the cobblers pose. Then the most beautiful happy baby! This felt so good all over! I’m glad I have taken the time to check this series out, it’s such a beautiful journey, along with all the ones prior to it…thanks to all involved in the process of making this series, wherever you all are, I wish you all well. And to this collective, those who have journeyed on ahead of me, thanks for leaving such lovely trails. I am never alone. 💚🩵💙💜 11/14/25 the journey continues…</p>

<p>I seem to be regularly coming back saying the same thing; fell off the yoga ritual again and the same thing happened, that I lost strength and became sore and stiff.. so I’m doing a 30 day to get me back on track. Dedicate was one I did that I remember getting so much out of at the time, all those years ago, and I am here again getting just as much. Thank you so much for always being here for me. 😎🥰🙏</p>

Great class! Just came back to practice after a weekend out of state in FL and 6 days from throwing my back out! This was a perfect practice to jump back in.
