The Breath work over the last 2 weeks has been such a great support through this sad and difficult time for my family with the loss of our dearest Mum.

It has felt like a hug each day and someone whispering to me that everything will be alright and it is ok to feel this way!

❤️🙏❤️

Omg this is the first time I've felt really grounded after calabati breath (and not just lightheaded)!! This is amazing❤️😊 To anyone who still doesn't have the hang of it, just keep on practicing and take the pace that works for you, most important is that it's steady, and you'll get there for sure!! Namaste friends🧘

Hi! Thank you so much for this practise. I have been doing it almost every day for 2 weeks now and it is becoming a really important ritual for me. The benefits I reap during the rest of my day are justmonumental at times. Practising awareness for me just gave me access to so much information about myself I never really was aware of. So again, Thank you! I have a question that keeps popping back somtimes during the breath of fire though; sometimes my nose gets really cold and I try experimenting with «placing the brath lower» in the throat so to say, but it dos not always work. Any tips and pointers on what is happening, how and where to shift the focus and weather I am doing something wrong?

I started crying at the end. Is that good or bad?
