<p>Hi everyone </p><p>Greetings from Perth Australia!!! I'm visiting my son here for a few weeks. I wanted to ask about travel yoga mats. I bought one to come here and it's so thin. It's very grippy, which is great, but a little tough on my knees. Is this just the nature of travel mats?</p>

<p>A really lovely overall practice. Aware of my heart beating in this one! Haven’t visited triangle in a while and it felt great to find that shape again. Coming back to poses is like visiting an old friend😊 I love how even with a daily yoga practice one can still find feelings of newness in ways to be in your body. I guess that’s the super power of awareness ✨ </p>

<p>Yummy Adriene! Thank you! Practiced this at night and it felt so good! There’s so much awareness all throughout this session, especially in savasana, I relished the nice subtle sensations along the energetic plumbline most evident around the base of the spine. I feel so light after this. It’s so delicious! I lifted my leg up and held my nose to my knee in pigeon! Thanks Liz! Grabbed opposite elbows in pyramid. This is a gem of a practice! And those twists. Marrying strength with grace and balance. Short but sweet and fun to practice at night! I love this series! Peace, Light and Love. Rest and Restore (after PSo5!) 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 09/17/24</p>
