I want to love this technique - I’ve tried it many times - but small nostrils and sinus tightness make it a challenge. Through my non-dominant nostril (which varies from day to day) I can never get a full breath, even slowly, and i feel my heartrate rise by the end. Any suggestions?

<p>I had a headache this morning, was feeling congested and maybe a cold coming on. I did some alternate nostril breathing as I was meditating, and boom! ... my headache went away and felt much better, so I decided to do this practice with you a bit later. It's very beneficial. Thank you!</p>
