I focused on the process😍. I think I have to realize that my body is old (78) and I started with yoga too late to manage all the crazy things. Still, I think that what I do is good enough. I am so grateful that I found you, Adriene, more than 4 years ago. Your yoga makes my mornings great and keeps me fit. Thank you💝💝🙏🏻💝💝🇳🇴🌻🌻🌻☔️

I became curious about the earlier 30 DoY series based on the comments I have read. I promised myself I would do the original/earlier 30 DoY once I have established the fundamentals/foundations. I have done the first two and both didn’t disappoint, I totally loved those journeys. Many commentators love this series. I can see why. I enjoyed this session. Loved the focus on the hips, shoulders and spine. Nice legs/hips stretches. The mindful core work helped me all throughout (elephant pose!), I didn’t get winded early on. It was a nice buildup for me. Breath, focus, patience helped me find balance in staff pose, lizard, wide-legged forward fold, dancer pose, short crow, cobra, elephant pose (Sumair’s workshops are particularly helpful)…I can attest to the veracity of showing up to practice - even for just “a little goes a long way,” indeed! The training videos and workshops help a ton too! I had nithing to lose, so I gave the eight-angle pose a go once again on the second side…I surprised myself — it was not perfect, but I did it. I eased into it way better than the first time! Yay! Staying curious, surrendering to the process, allowing/trusting Adriene to guide me skillfully, showing up for myself, respecting my time on the mat…truly works. Peace, Light and Love to everyone. With a grateful heart, Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
