<p>Jeez my balance was awful today, and I'm definitely out of shape ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฌ I have historically loved this practice, but today it very was challenging for me! That doesn't mean that I didn't find some fun in the practice though, and I even managed to laugh at myself. I tried to find some self-compasion for my shoulder &amp; arm injury - it's taking some time to heal ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ- and I'm trying to accept that some days are just tougher than others. I'm sure that in several weeks time, I may well return to this practice, and find I'm back at the level I was at before. Sometimes I think the biggest challenge is to accept where you are on a day where you're not feeling your best! ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธโœจ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธโœจ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’ž</p>

I really do love you Adriene, but i found this one so difficult to do well at this pace. I felt very rushed and a lot less supported

<p>When the poses are moved through so quickly I feel like my breathe is extremely shallow and the practice is hard to keep up with. Is that normal? </p>

Love this one! Perfect for when i donโ€™t have a lot of time but want a good energetic flow. Love the warriors and balancing posture flow. Awesome.

Love this one. I share the reservations about the location, but the practice itself is amazing. Fast-paced, active flow, building up to some balance work around a warrior three. You might want to know that it comes with relatively little warm up (I know my body needs more time, so I freestyle a warm-up or start with a short easy practice). It might also be a nice idea to add some stretches and/or a meditation.

I've done this practice a number of times now when time is short in my day. It is always a FUN kick in the pants! ๐Ÿคฃ I do think I am improving with this though. โœจโœจโœจ
