About 3-4 minutes of breathing to begin with, followed by a quick table/child's pose flow, then into low lunge, crescent low lunge, pigeon, and a twist, then repeating on the the other side. Next was butterfly and then side stretches while in butterfly (which was interesting). Ended with 7-8 minutes of savasana.

How beautiful. I needed your affirmation at the end, of 'sometimes we need more quieter and slower moments' (to be into being). I needed the affirmation that it's not always required. That it is also okay to just be in the rush and hectics, chaos (you once said) of life. ♥️🤡

Finally got around to trying this one. I really feel like I need to focus on adding more therapeutic and calming practices to my routine. Feel like I spend too much time pushing myself lately. Can’t remember the last time I did such a calming practice. Thank you ❤️
