<p>I appreciated this practice. Still struggling with morning sickness and tiredness, so definitely not feeling the ‘energy’ of this trimester at all yet! One thing I’d edit for next time - it would be great if it wasn’t so gendered in its language - ie, ‘ladies’.. you could easily offer the same practice without this language and welcome your queer/non-binary community too..</p>
