I'm so grateful that I chose to come onto my mat today for this practice. I was hesitant because I lost my beloved father last night to Covid-19 and wasn't sure at first what to do with my crazy, all over the place feelings. I knew instinctively that I needed to come into my body and "enter" whatever this feels like, and as always, my yoga practice provides the soul nourishment so desperately needed at this uncharted moment for me. I'm grateful to have made the commitment to myself to show up every day for "Breath" and now more than ever so grateful that I have this thoughtful series for this evolution. Thank you Adriene. Truly. Namaste.

I feel very powerful and empowered after that practice. I think for the first time I really understood that I cheat myself when I only think of how far I can twist in a seated twist instead of looking for that cetntral energy flow. When I find that flow through my spine my gosh I feel lit up. I love it. I want to always find that feeling.

Yeah taking my time on this, enjoying other practices too. Still trying to understand how to 'take pressure off the wrists'?

A little behind but Im where I need to be right now. We all need to grow at our own paces in our time. Enjoy this day and every day we have the opportunity to breath... unassisted🙏🏻❤️

OK this one might be my absolute FAV video to date in three years. SO amazing. Plus your humor Adriene always makes me lol. I often use earbuds and practice while my husband and son watch something together. They can't understand why I'm LOL all alone doing yoga. I said I'm NOT all alone, my gf Adriene is cracking me up! Then they made fun of me during lions breath (WHICH I've been waiting for!) Love you and this community!

This was a great practice, thank you. I am having some tightness in my lower back. I will find another shorter practice later to help open things up more. I am excited for the second part of this journey.

What a great practice for the halfway point! LOVED the twist in high lunge and then the transition to warrior 2. I didn’t really understand that last pose with the shins crossed and hand on the feet. Were the knees supposed to stay together?

I am entering into the second half of this journey with a more loving attitude towards my immune system. I want to appreciate that my body works hard to keep my healthy, rather than assuming that it is so sick. I tend to focus on strength and flexibility as the important abilities of my body and so now I want to pay attention to the inside more, especially during this pandemic when every cough or ache questions my trust in my immune system.
