Really nice core practice. I could certainly feel it in my abs, but mostly in my hip flexors. This is often the case for me in reclined tabletop position. Anyone have any tips for reducing tension in the hip flexors in this position?

I never, ever thought I’d be saying this about core work but that has gone into my favourites 😀. I loved it because it didn’t involve lifting my head and shoulders, which my neck hates.

I’ve been doing yoga for five years and hip flexors are my weakness. I can’t seem to not have problems with aching front hips and this practice only trained core in a way where this could not be avoided. I was so uncomfortable and it made me feel like my core is not strong despite all my hard work to build strength. I do love many of the other core videos. Adriene, we hip flexor people need guidance! 🙂

I was laughing as I had puppy taps instead of toe taps!

It’s kind of miraculous when a core practice is actually doable and smooth. Not necessarily easy but mentally it was quite pleasant. I kept waiting for the really hard part and there were none for me (been practicing here for many years). I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow! Thank you! 🙏🥰

Thank you, I really loved it. Core practice usually activates my stress response, but this was calm and soothing. ❤️

This was a great workout Adrienne! I don’t think I’ve ever truly enjoyed a core workout before this LOL. Felt nourishing. Anyone else get the unexpected bonus of some quad work keeping your legs up?? Love it
