Namaste from the bottom of my heart! 💗 Adriene, I'm wondering if you can really feel the amount of love that we send your way through these practices? When closing the practice with namaste, I wish you could feel that love and gratitude that I am sending you. I hope you do 😊 This is such a beautiful, almost heart quenching practice. You really feel safe while doing it. Thank you! 🙏

Struggling to quit smoking. Today is day 3. Stress and lack of activity have made this process more difficult. I began this series yesterday and slowly I'm getting my equilibrium back. I'll try to carry this positive energy into my day. Today's practice helped me accept where I am today.

Lovely. Doing today’s practice on a blanket, since I’m in NYC to run the half marathon tomorrow. Miss the padding of my mat, but it did the job. Thank you, Adriene + sweetest Benji (with the best timing ever 😍). Namaste all 🙏💖🧘🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

I have really been enjoying this series and grateful for how it’s shown me how far I have come in my practice. A little daily practice for a bit more than a year truly has gone a long way in my body! Today’s session was humbling as it was the first with a move I simply couldn’t do - the squats. I played around with the move after the session and found I could actually lower all the way down but I am not able to lift my chest or rise back up. I would love to hear any suggestions for modifications or other movements that would allow me to works towards being able to do this exercise.

What a beautiful practice for me whilst contemplating the thick mist I have in front of the mat on holidays in the blue mountains. I had forgotten what a great one this is for me, I will repeat regularly. 👏🤓

I love the level of this series. Are there other series or videos that are similarly a little more challenging for those of us who have been practicing for a while?

I needed this today… sometimes the mind can go dark and we need a little breathing room to see the light again. Feel a little better already🙏🏻

I love this practice. I'm assuming that modification for not being able to get the feet flat to the ground when do the knee bends up and down is to let the heels come up?? Any suggestion how to help get the heels down in time?
