What a joy and honor it is to introduce you to guest teacher and friend of Find What Feels Good, Aaron Alexander. I talk a little bit about Aaron in my March Vlog where you will see me light up as I remark on his many talents and incredible kindness. I have had the privilege of knowing Aaron since college and it has been such a gift to witness each other grow and explore physicality and breath in various forms, including arts.

While only one of us is life long trained in Martial Arts (not me) and only one of us is a professional stuntman in film and commercial (also not me) I love the intersection of our passions, with one of them being to support and serve others by guiding this work with both rigor and inclusivity.

Please join me in welcoming Aaron to our roster and let’s work up a sweat together!

Aaron Alexander was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and has always enjoyed being active. He began gymnastics at age four and dedicated the next eight years to the sport. When he was twelve, Aaron decided to take a step back from gymnastics to have more of a social life. His parents gave him the gift of martial arts classes, and with his first bow, he felt he’d found his calling. Aaron has been training martial arts for over half his life and believes they have helped shape him into the person he is today.

Over the years, he’s used his passion for martial arts to build a career as an award-winning actor, stuntman, and fight choreographer. Aaron is excited to share some of his fitness knowledge with the FWFG community.

(Check out some of his film credits on imdb!)
