Reimagine your relationship with your core! This Day 6 yoga practice is influenced by hatha yoga as well as pilates. In this class we continue to guide you in developing a connection with your breath and your deep abdominal muscles. Core work does not have to suck. In fact, I love core work so much, it actually feels good now that I know how to use my breath to effectively and efficiently control my muscles. Remember, little by little.

This session is only 17 minutes, you got this! Remember your mantra; I am connected with all things with love and kindness.

Sound off on day 6 in the comments below!

Love,

Adriene

Lately it seems like every yoga video is catering to new practitioners. Not that it’s a negative thing, but as FWFG subscriber if I only have 20ish minutes, I’d rather being doing the practices that published 5-10 years ago, even Breathing Room is a little slow for me. If anyone has recommendations for external channels that can raise my heart rate, I’d be be very grateful!! You can only do the Empower series so many times…😙

This old lady thanks you for the relief Prana gave and is giving for my emotions and my back. 2024 was supposed to be my year as the three prior years were full of illnesses and deaths of family members so I slacked off on yoga. Then in Jan of 2024 (my year) my older brother had many mini strokes which led to dementia. I spent months taking care of him until he reached a point where he had to go into care. I had much to do. Sell all his possessions (house and vehicles). Get his house cleaned out and on the market. So much to do while trying to deal with my grief. Now he is settled and I still have my grief and this practice is so soothing. Thank you for this healing practice even if you didn't mean it for just me. Thank you, thank you.

All smiles today through day 6. I'm already starting to feel emotional as we near the end of this sweet little journey, thinking about all the years which I, and so many others, have started with Adriene: through all the 30 day journeys, and now through Prana. Committing to daily practice is such a wonderful way to get honest with oneself and move forward with clarity and compassion ⭐ Cheers to all the incredible things we learn along the way!
