Was that intermediate?? If so I think I give myself 10 out of 10 points! Am I no longer a beginner yogi?!?😊 I did that with complete ease. After 5 years of YWA, 3 years of every day morning practice, I think I'm finally getting the hang of this 🤣 Thank you, Adriene 😘 I think this deserves a celebration- pancakes for breakfast!💃💃💃

I already left a comment but wanted to add how much I liked moving from Malasana to standing and back. Great for whole body including the core.

I’m 9 weeks after my 2nd c-section, and this was my first full-length ywa session since the baby arrived (actually since about 20 weeks because pgp), so I did this with a fair few adjustments (and the baby screaming with her dad The. Whole. Time) but it felt very good to be moving and stretching! Thanks team 😊

This is one of my absolute favorites. Both times I’ve done it, I’ve found strength and grace in poses and flows I’d usually fall out of or need a rest. I left the mat feeling confident and strong. I’d love to hear suggestions for other similar videos!

I was a bit worried about this one because my balance is so bad. But actually it was a good one - challenging at times - and I really had to focus. 2 July ‘24

Found that tough today. End of steroid week and very low energy. Got through it though. Note: have yoga blocks handy. 8 Nov ‘25

What a wonderful surprise this morning when I opened the app. Thank you so much Adriene (and team of course!). I’ve been a bit lazy lately , still doing my daily yoga but choosing softer videos and this one just reminded me not to be afraid to do some slightly more fiery ones. It was so well balanced I hardly noticed the 29 mn. Talking of which, it reminded me of one of my all time favourites “Deepen and Flow”. That one is 49 mn long but it’s a wonderful, slow built energetic practice. A bit like a longer version of this video. Highly recommended when you have the time !

Actually I think I’ll do it tomorrow 😁🔥

Have a wonderful day everyone ❤️🐾 Namaste 🙏🏻

Oh yeah baby, I needed that heat. Having had a wonderful time with my beloved child Rosamund, followed by the unpleasant and unsavoury remarks from my beloved partner. Two opposing feelings arising in me but melted by the heat I (me) generated throughout this class. I went a step softer towards myself by putting hands on my legs in some of the poses just to feel or support them and voila... Relaxing into the pose. 😆😍 I love yoga. Thank you Adrienne and Benji and team. Namaste

What a beautiful way to celebrate my 67th birthday today! I have gained so much physical and spiritual strength, balance, and flexibility since beginning my practice 3 years ago. Feeling joyful and thankful today.

I was out of the rythm for a while but oh my. What a lovely gift of a practise. It got everything I love the most and it has been a while since I have done such a refreshing practise what makes me feel so alive and calm at the same time. I've done most of the video's here and truly I love them all. But once in a while you find a practise that makes you feel that extra you know? This is one of them for me. I'll be here again tomorrow, namaste ♡
