<p> The year: 2019. Almost 2020. </p><p><br></p><p>We are addicted to our phones, we race through life trying to stay on top of everything.</p><p>But we have it in us. The power to prioritize room for self care, time for joy, space for peace. </p><p><br></p><p>I made a commitment this year to start the day with a practice that provided me inner peace before looking at my email, social media, the news, etc on my phone or computer. Some days I would catch myself and have to reroute. I’ve noticed an enormous difference since implementing this mindful practice of prioritizing inner peace - before engaging in screen time. </p><p><br></p><p>I’ve designed this series to serve this mindful and sometimes arduous task. May it help you notice addictive behavior and make changes or adapt habits that support you in feeling your best. This 14 minute intermediate practice is a perfect go-to if you are interested in building a sustainable routine that serves. </p><p><br></p><p>With this movement, we are actively and intentionally balancing out that screen time.
