<p>Join Alia in this gentle, 24-minute relaxed flow today. With the philosophy of Ahimsa (nonviolence) in mind, work with the intention of self-compassion as you move your body. Enjoy some calf, hip, and side body stretches and practice your downward dog to lunge transition with Aliaโ€™s method using yoga blocks. As always, Alia offers several variations that allow you to tailor the poses to your personal needs and goals.&nbsp; </p><p><br></p><p>Two blocks and a blanket are used in this practice.</p><p><br></p>

Thanks for the tip about rolling the joanket up bu the bum- I have been told behind the knees, which never felt much better. Behind the bun feels much better when kying down.
