<p>I have a question about breath: When I'm nervous, I have a tendency of holding my breath. My question: When we did the breathing practice in today's practice, I didn't always retain my breath after I breathed in because I so often hold my breath. This works better for me. SHOULD I be retaining my breath during the practice?</p>

Anyone else start to sing “Peaceful Easy Feeling”? Also- a quick question: when we are in steeple grip and bending to the side, are we also twisting our pelvises or are they still and facing front? Thanks in advance. Xx

For the first time ever, wrapping hands around the shin during standing splits was a possibility for me. So joyful :) Also, I love the twists in the practices lately. I love practicing pretzeling &lt;3
