<p>One week ago I found myself moving through this practice feeling stress and sadness with a loved one in hospice. He passed away in his sleep last night. Rolling out my mat this morning to honor him and find a way to move through this day. Once again I am reminded of the power of yoga. The tears flowed, and yet as I step off the mat I feel so much love. Filled with gratitude. Thank you 💗</p>
