Anyone else really sore today? The 30 day journey is proving a real challenge for my body. I had to do 30 minute low back and hamstrings, and I am still sore. I can feel strength building. I have had a daily practice for over a year, so it's unexpected. I am working on letting go of pre judgement and expectation, but it is hard when you are sore....x

<p>Fellow members, my wrists are absolutely collapsing, I’m not even 30 years old and I’m sure I have arthritis. I have been doing daily practices for years, I simply can’t “stop” and “get off my wrists” so how do I place my hands 🙌 on the mat? What is a mod I can do? Table top position is nearly unbearable. Please help me friends </p>

Not my best work after a week with COVID. Attempting it again tomorrow along with the practice that was supposed to be for Friday to try and catch up. :)

I hsve been recovering from a horriable migraine all day. Just when i thought all was lost within myself, I got up and got on my mat. I thought, I can at least try and see what happens. I was able to complete the practice and I am feeling better. Yoga never fails.

Hello, everyone👋🏻 I am fairly new to YWA &amp; FWFG and I’m starting to think about how I’ll extend/expand my practice past the 30 days of Move. Any recommendations for particular videos, series to build with? In the past, I have mostly enjoyed flow &amp; what my pre-pandemic yoga studio called “calm &amp; strong” practices. So glad to have found Adriene &amp; this community, wishing everyone well🤗
