Today is my 500th consecutive day of yoga! What a lovely grounding practice to celebrate 🎉

<p>Exquisite! Love finding grace and ease in goddess pose. Such a beautiful, gentle and inspired flow. Adriene, you have a knack for creating beautiful sessions that allow practitioners to manifest their intentions on the mat and if one’s willing and is/are able to harness one’s willpower to create the conditions for it to be so by consistently doing the work(out) as one works inwards - everything flows in the way that serves for those intentions to grow/flourish. We find or arrive at what we seek. A gem, a gift that keeps on giving. Thanks for sharing your love, wisdom and bright light. Opening up limitless possibilities to those who are interested to show up and surrender to the process. Peaceful and joy-filled moments of utter bliss and stillness in savasana. Priceless! Practiced under the full moon total eclipse this morning. Powerful Goddess just as the eclipse was total! Little cold outside in Michigan 32 degrees but oh so worth it!

<p>This was lovely! Right up to the end where we moved through from the lunge to the squat and back to the lunge on the other side and I <em>could not</em> work out how that was being done. 3 rewinds and very careful watching to try to see what Adriene was doing (and translating left into right from screen to me because it's mirrored). Please, please, please, I don't know if it's just me, but I find this kind of manoeuvring very confusing unless I'm given much more step by step guidance. It spikes my anxiety through the roof.</p>
