Through daily yoga and breath practice, we develop a deeper awareness of where we are holding tension and trauma. No doubt you have at least once walked off the mat feeling as though you were carrying less stress than when you stepped on.

This session utilizes movement and breath technique to highlight the powerful ways in which we can use the practice of mindful awareness to lovingly and safely tend to what triggers.

We are in the home stretch of this journey. Lean in. Let go of that which no longer serves. I got your back.

LET ME KNOW HOW it goes for you in the comment section below!

I loved this. I have trouble pulling my back leg up when in pigeon. Unless it is at the end of a long practice, I get a terrible cramp in my hamstring. Does anyone else experience this? leg up

This one went straight to my favorites, but honestly, this whole 30 day series needs to be on my favorites list. I may just repeat the Move series over and over again for all of 2022. Thank you, Adriene and team, for starting off this new year in such a peaceful, powerful, empowering way!

Love this practice! It was even better when I was in pigeon with my back leg bent and I was holding my ankle and my dog squirmed through the space between my hamstring and my arm! Honestly, the highlight of my week!

a tricky one for me today as i'm not feeling great, so I had to sit out quite a few of the poses. Choosing to honour the fact I showed up.

When you said “Notice how the quality of your practice has changed since day 1.” Resonated so much! Ive been noticing for a few days and am so proud of myself for not missing even one day. Even days when I was sick as a dog, I showed up. I am so proud of all of us who are still here tofay!!!!

“I love you.” Spontaneous words to myself after today’s (and these past 25 days of beautiful) practice. In the midst of change, difficulty, finding wholeness and letting go. Namaste for today and each day. 🙏

Loved this one today. Felt super accomplished when I did the three legged dog to pigeon, back to three legged dog. All the power ups to plank, downward dogs, cobras and the breathing at the beginning 🤌🏻 so good!!
