As you may notice, by Day 23, I start to have a little more fun in my leadership here.

I hope you take it as a great reminder that this is a training designed to improve your quality of life. I find softness in yoga is a discipline. It at times feels almost like a lost art form in popular western asana. Today’s practice invites us to have fun, to notice how you feel, and soften to the present moment on the journey to find balance in opposition.

If you want to get stronger and feel more secure, implement softness.

Let me know how you are feeling in the comment section below!

I agree with you Dora, this journey is not centered on yoga as much as core strength workouts. You are not alone in feeling that way. But I also agree that there is sime sort of loyalty, or desire to finish what you started. I think it’s definitely

Usually I don’t comment but since it’s almost the end, I can say that in the last 5 years I’ve been doing this series, in this case, I cannot wait to be over. Lots of people said it before me that there’s too much core work. Honestley, I always hated it, and it’s not my favorite today, but in my opinion, it would’ve been better to alternate lighter and harder days, as in the past. I think there might be other options than core work every day to connect to myself on a daily basis. So, I’m loyal and I will finish this series, hoping the next one would be less disappointing.

Has anyone noticed changes in your day to day life with this practice? Somehow, my million tasks in the morning are no longer overwhelming and I take them a thing at a time. I am noticing more presence in each moment and more joy in the routine of life. I know Adriene has incorporated neuroscience into this series and I am feeling something very positive. Anyone else?

Adriene has been doing some neuroscience studies. I have done some work in the area with my daughter with Down’s Syndrome. A very basic involvement incldes exercises that cross your midline. It stimulates both sidesvof your beain increasing focus and clarity. I am by no means an expert but i have noticed Adriene adding several of these types of moves. Just putting in my observations. Have a great day, everyone.

When Adriene said, "What are you waiting for? The next move?! Stay present." 🤯 That hit me. I was just wanted to get to the next move, next deadline, next thing on my list. Something for me to journal today and to be mindful of as I start my day.

I've been in love with YWA for years now and i have found it has supported me and inspired my life for the positive in so many ways. However, this year is the first i have made it thru the 30 day programme 🤷‍♀️🥳 i cant honestly tell you why, lots of little reasons i guess. The days being under 30 mins helps i think. Anyway another huge thank you and heartfelt gratitude to Adriene and her team 🙏🧡. I have also began a yoga journal for the first time 🤸‍♀️ this i find really allows me to reflect on the practice. Long post but im usually quiet, today was the day to say thanks 😅✌

Hi Everyone, I'm following The 30 Days program. I noticed lately that I start to feel sad for a few days in a row, without any particular reason. Do you think it could be because of the yoga? Maybe some old pains that free themselves because of the everyday yoga?

Hey all, any tips on what to do if your knees hurt in that first 'cross-legged' seat when reaching forward? I could barely even put my hands on the mat because it hurt my knees that much. I was already sitting on two pillows and ended up doing it with a normal cross-legged seat :(
