I'm not complaining, but I found this practice to be really hard. With the bolster behind my shoulders, my head wouldn't come anywhere near the ground. I almost did bridge pose, but then I put a block behind my head. My arms wouldn't do cactus arms, when I tried my hands were a foot off the ground. I guess it is just my body type. I did finish the practice but it was hard. I guess every body is different. Oh well, this too passed and now on with the rest of my day.

I am always grateful for the YWA team and Adriene for these videos. I don't know what my life would be without these videos, for they provide an anchor of self practice and self care for my life.

Yhank you for this great opportunity to reset and restore. “The quality of time you spend with yourself influences the quality of relationships you have with everyone else.” Wow! Thanks Adriene. Thats so true, prioritizing self-care increases my emotional bandwidth and energy to serve others well too. I always find something that serves me well here. This pracrice was very restorative, thanks again. ❤️🧡💛💚💙🙏🏼

I had a hip replacement 4 weeks ago so I am testing the water a bit with yoga to see what I can do and what I can't. This was great as it was so slow and gentle. Being able to practise yoga again is a huge part of my recovery psychologically. It really is a case of find what feels good (or maybe doesn't strain).

Wow! Thanks for this lovely surprise. Much needed after a very hectic and productive weekend. Another perfectly-timed session. Prioritizing spending precious time to just be present with (whatever is going on within) myself is so delightful. Soothing, calming, centering, uplifting — grounding in/with my most authentic self - so whatever is going on around me, I have that inner sense of ease/grace to achieve balance come what may. Secure in the knowledge that I have a full arsenal of goodness to draw from to keep me grounded and at peace to find joy in everything. Shift, adjust, modify to connect to that innermost sense of balance. So awesome Adriene! Ever so grateful for the tools, frameworks, superpowers, this safe space to support me and Just Be. Able to allow, surrender, release, ride the wave, enjiy the ride - so filled with gratitude! Awesome fay to everyone practicing. Take good care. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

❤️ thank you! Today was such a low motivation day with me starting to feel under the weather and the stress of a new job along with having to bow out from MOVE journey until I get better. Glad that there was this🙏

I wish there were a counter so I could know how many times I’ve done this practice. It is such necessary medicine. Thank you, Adrienne
