<p>Finding freedom within the form. Nice exercise or practice to do that off the mat too. Practice detachment instead of forming or forcing attachment on to everything. Find places where to soften or loosen the grip.. Ease into it:things, not forcing nor pushing :) awesome! I love this practice! This is such a wonderful series. I salute myself for sticking with this journey! </p><p>Adriene, thanks for making it easy to come regularly to practice more. SPo5 is a nice addition to the many skills and tools that help me grow safely in my yoga practice. </p><p>It’s nice to have this opportunity to let loose on the mat and leave the cares away for a while. And then the practice helping in the everyday! Is what the journey for me is all about. It’s all good! Be Free, come to practice. Breathe and feel it all out.
