Join me as we work with asana to stimulate the digestive organs in conjunction with a subtle body perspective. Through the holistic approach of yoga, this flow is designed to help you digest anything you might be processing both physically and energetically. Whether you are needing help to digest a heavy meal or you are looking for a healthy way to process your emotions, this practice is for you.

In this yoga session, you are encouraged to explore the transformative power of bīja mantras– the word bīja in Sanskrit means "seed," symbolizing the potent, foundational energy from which spiritual growth or transformation can arise. Together we will utilize the ancient practice of bīja to support our digestive health!

Through mindful movements, breathwork, and the repetition of bīja mantras, we’ll ignite the inner fire (agni) that fuels your physical and emotional digestion. The vibrations created by chanting this sound help stimulate the digestive system, promote balance in the gut, and release stagnant energy that may be holding you back.

No experience with chanting or yoga is needed. This practice is simple, grounding, and accessible to all. Whether you’re looking to soothe digestive discomfort or cultivate a sense of empowerment, this session will leave you feeling clear, energized, and deeply connected.

Take a deep breath, settle in, and let’s begin!

Let me know how it goes for you in the comments below!

For more videos like this, check out:

Yoga for Digestion: https://fwfg.com/programs/yoga-for-digestion

Yoga for Digestion Flow: https://fwfg.com/programs/yoga-for-digestive-flow

Yoga for Gut Health: https://fwfg.com/programs/yoga-for-gut-health

Yoga for Healthy Digestion: https://fwfg.com/programs/yoga-for-healthy-digestion
