This is just core work. (I am really editing myself here, trying to be lots of love in/lots of love out.) I usually love Ywa. Love the daily practice and find it beneficial to my physical and mental health. I love that it works my body, but also allows me to focus. This 30-day Move series has felt like all the physical without much of the mental/spiritual aspects of yoga. As someone else said earlier, there was nothing particularly yoga about today. And yet, I’ll be here tomorrow waiting for more, hoping it gets better.

I know a lot of people aren't as happy with this year's 30 days, but I'm loving it. This is my third year doing it and I spent the fall adding on a bunch of the training videos to my practice to up my strength be able to more comfortably do the intermediate/advanced flows on here and it's been great. Today I saw it was core work, so I did a flow video first and then this one and it was a great combination. Doing targeted strength work has helped me immensely and it's made me able to center my breath and my focus when doing flow videos because I feel so much stronger. This year I decided to really make this 30 day experience work for me, where I'm at each day, which has often meant doing another video--I highly recommend Up Your Connect, it's great for a warm up and it's all sun salutations and flow with a heavy emphasis on breath connection. The great thing about at home practice is that it's yours, you get to decide, and instead of just doing what's on the calendar, I'm making it mine this year and it's been even more meaningful.

Almost all yoga requires a strong core, but in my opinion that strength shiuld be developed by doing yoga, not crunches which is all this really is. Poses like plank, side plank, triangle pose, and even warrior 3 all require ab strength. By learning to correctly align your body in poses like these, and gradually increasing the time you can hold them, you strengthen your core naturally through your practice. Call me a purist, but when I sign up for yoga I want to be doing yoga, which for me is so much more than just physical.

Grateful for a short practice on my birthday, it's like she knew! Also grateful for the ab work on a day for prosecco and cake consumption 😄 Loved this one!

The beauty of life &amp; being you is that you dont have to do anything you dont want to! Nobody forces you to participate- remember that FWFG friends. Theres a vast collection of content that adrienne provides, should you not find what you seek here on this 30 day challege with a vast audience. Some of us enjoy core work, and building stregth, some of us like the spritiual &amp; stretchy yoga, &amp; some of us like a mix of it all. In the meantime, be mindful of your words. The world is not designed for you, but you design your world. Choose to be kind. Namaste.

I definitely liked this one and will do it again, but I do get why some people are a little disappointed with this practice (and perhaps other parts of Move). As a long-time daily practitioner this is not discouraging, but I have thought several times during some of the Move days, wow, if I see a beginner I don't know if I would be able to do this or stay motivated. I got into YWA with one of the 30 days, now 6 years ago, and since then they have been such lovely companions and guides back to daily practice in the darkest time if the year. Miv

Not Good. Too fast, poor instruction. I chose 10 minute core conditioning one instead. Not usual standard at all for me today. Still loving the journey though X
