The Texas sky looked beautiful, however in comparison I loved this energising, stretchy and swift practice whilst listening to blustery, wuthering, wild winds against a dark velvety sky and a bright full moon … a very good Friday morning to you all from the Uk 🇬🇧 💜🙏🏻

Beautiful sky in Key West!

Commitment: stepping on the mat after 9 hours of walking around town, hot, humid, perspiring (loving these conditions) abundant eating, 2 mojitos, and an awesome sunset. Yoga was a bit hard yet wonderful!

I'm not sure if I'm the only one still on this flow journey - I'm a bit behind due to 2 regular yoga classes a week and a couple of full on work days when I haven't been able to practice at home but this year I'm not giving up. I've decided to stick with it as I'm loving what it brings each day and what I'm discovering - almost there!!!!! Thank you Adrienne for the perfect start to my days x

oh man, burnout is drowning me and I procrastinated this practice only to find that it was even more difficult and painful than expected, particularly for my wrists. There is no natural vitamin D to be found here in the midwest this time of year. I had to end this one with a big cry. It’s not the yoga that makes life hard, but sometimes when life demands more than we have, the only way to survive through it is to be a bit numb, and yoga forces you to feel the pain. 💔

Is there a new hair-do code for this 30 day program? I know this is called Action but given the plait and no bun, I wasn't expecting this to be quite as tough as I found it to be! 😅 Nevertheless I got through it and did better than I thought and now I feel a great sense of accomplishment! 💪✌️🙏😉

The trajectory of this series seems to be in line with my needs. My body really needed this jump start on this rainy rainy morning in New England. We are heading up to Maine today for a long weekend and there’s supposed to some snow up there, which will be nice. I SO appreciate the Joseph Campbell quote you shared in your message to us, “Follow your bliss…” It was a favorite saying of my Mom's near the end of her life and is a good reminder and something I really need to hear these days. I miss her all the time. Thank you thank you thank you, Adriene + sweetest alert Benjipup. Namaste + follow your bliss all 🙏🌧️💖🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

I found that a bit challenging at times and had to stop through some of the moves! It did not help that I felt exhausted before getting on the mat and had a sore back and hip .... nevertheless, felt strangely more energised and empowered when I got off the mat!! 🙏

I was just thinking how beautiful the Kiwi morning sky looked when Adriene said the same of the Texan sky - a wonderful reminder of how many people around the world are on the same journey with her 🔆 Wherever you are in the world I hope you too have a beautiful sky - if not today then soon 🧘‍♀️💗🔆

Wow, I jumped to the top of the mat. I don't usually do that, but I did it without thinking too much. New respect for my 61 year old body.
