Today’s session is all about grounding in the good stuff. You can do this! I know it’s getting more difficult to show up. I told you it would be challenging at times. We have been preparing for this. And for all the difficult moments off the mat too. I am sharing one of my secret life tools today:

A mantra to anchor you - in almost every way.

“My breath is my anchor, my anchor is my breath.”

Let me know how your practice goes today in the comment section below.

Hi! I'm faithfully doing this series everyday and I do like it, but I'm asking for a little help. I have arthritis in my knees and many of these poses are out of reach for me. I've been reading many of your very positive comments on how you laugh at yourselves and do what you can. I have to be honest, though, I am feeling a little left behind. I don't think any amount of practice will ever make it possible for me to squat, to reach behind and grab my ankles, etc. As more of the practice seems to be made up of these kinds of poses, how can I best talk to myself or continue to participate without getting discouraged? I just do what I can but it feels like I can do less and less as this month progresses. Thanks for your understanding.

this practice has joined my list of favourites. I am interested in the neuroscience and the potential changing effects that yoga and meditation have on a persons brain and ultimately behaviour. I found quite a good article as a good starting point if anyone is interested in taking knowledge further and curiosity off the mat. I can relate to its findings. https://www.yogaville.org/the-neuroscience-is-in-how-yoga-works/ thanks Adriene and team for a lovely journey so far. Namaste

What timing. Thank you. Found out my mom is having open heart surgery. Came to the mat after many tears. The mantra and practice was just what i needed. ❤️🙏

I found it impossible to anchor, the pace felt too rushed…this move series really carries its name 😅! It feels more like a gym class than yoga and i can feel the strain on the body…and its the 5th year l’m doing this….I hope the second half will feel better 🤞i really longed for these 30 days as generally they have a really positive effect on body and mind 💫

Wow those side planks. I usually used my other leg for help. this time I thought I'd give it a go. I shaked as a leaf but did it! So amazing to feel that. Namaste 🙏

@cheryl, the FWFG Kula community has much more active and interactive discussions. Likewise, Lynda, you may try posing your questions there … I think youd get some very helpful feedback

Today was a rough day for me. Didn't feel well, lacked motivation, and had shaky balance.... but I showed up!
