This is the first video I discovered Adrienne with. At my wits end after yet another bulging lumbar disc. I did this video every day for 4 weeks and now, one year and 4 months later, I practice yoga every day and never felt stronger!

This one felt great, but I needed more so did the 6 minute yoga for hips. Next time i’ll do them in reverse order, which seems like it would be a better sequence. 🙏🏻gratitude!.

This is a greta routine. One comment: Fellow back pain sufferers, be careful with forward fold. It causes me issues so I either substitute supported bridge or happy baby with strap.

<p>Have just been told my back pain is due to "anno domini" and nothing can be done, except swallow painkillers and not be too active. (I don't think so!) SO very glad to find this practice. It really helps ease the discomfort . Thank you! 🙏 </p>
