<p>The Breathing Room has come back around again at just the right time. </p><p>After a day at my dear Mum’s beside on the final part of her journey in this life, I came home feeling bereft and exhausted. Her suffering day after day as this cruel condition takes her mind and slowly her body is heartbreaking and so this week I dedicate my practice to her breathing for her with all the love in and out and as I do so I feel some peace and strength ready to be with her again ❤️🙏❤️</p>

The first half of this practice is a really nice warm up, then theres a challenging bit but it ends with a calming cool down. I think i avoid this practoce because i assume itll be tons of planks and pushups. Theyre in there, but this still feels like yoga. And its helping me work up to headstands!

I love everything about this practise. I ended up challenging myself more than I expected and fish pose felt and puppy posture and everything else just felt right to opening up the chest and giving myself that much needed breathing room.

Loved this one! And I'd like to thank the person that recommended the yoga jellies for wrist pain. First time using them today and no pain at all.
