I am finding this 30 day journey so far difficult … i seem to be struggling … i am grateful every time i show up, start and try to finish yet i am aching all over and struggling 🥺

Playing catch up after a long, slow recovery from covid. I have some sad feelings of being so behind everyone, but I’m also feeling proud for continuing to show up at my own pace and trust that “everything is as it should be.” Thank you Adriene and everyone else for always being here. 💕

My back is pretty sore from the previous days so I elected to keep my knee down during the middle portion but wasnt sure what to do with the back leg repositions that came next. If that makes sense and anyone has a suggestion Id be frateful. Can be super frustrating not to keep up

Always have a really hrd time with interlacing hands. Gets me really discouraged, they always slip apart. Any tips?

I had a completely opposite experience as most of you in the comments :). I felt kind of stuck, angry and disappointed doing this practice, losing my breath and feeling very inflexible. But... glad I showed up, hopefully tomorrow will be better for me!

I’ve been Blessed to do the 30 series with Adriene for several years now, and for some reason, this year feels quite different… anybody else experiencing this? In a good and calm way, with no sense of upset whatsoever, it feels as though “my” practice is Universally important. That my little self is contributing to a collective healing. Many of us have felt the consciousness shifting big time right? Could it be as simple as healing ourselves to heal the world? Could it be as challenging as healing ourselves to heal the world? Each day I commit fully to my practice, I feel the light within me become rekindled. I feel a buoyancy returning. That shows up in the world as patience, love and compassion within and without. I am grateful to our Yogi Miss Adriene. I am grateful for all of you as I am finding my way back to gratitude for this beautiful, unrepeatable day. Namasté y’all ☯️ Kelly

<p>2 observations newly "discovered" this session. 1--my left and right sides are still very uneven in strength. falling all over the mat on left...strong and stable on right...no judgement...acceptance of gentle tenderness as we reconnect to my heart's core of dancer-through-life. 2--in awareness...in "cow" I felt how in "looking up with my eyes" I wrinkled (contracted) my brow!!! so today. Mindful of releasing facial muscles. :) Oh and..CRP! dang...such a 70's feel for the modern dance kid. </p>

I'm doing the Center journey in the morning and the Move journey in the evening (I need an AM and a PM practice to feel good, so somehow I've chosen Move to be the PM one 😂). Today I've noticed that the core intention of both journeys is similar and the practices match perfectly together! This one is heart centered and day 10 of the Center journey is called corazon 😮 I enjoy the combination of the two so much! Thank you, dear Adriene and team ❤️

Didn’t want to “move” with dealing witb covid but made myself and I feel so much better, even head stopped hurting
