Thank you for this birthday gift. I am 60 years on the earth today and feel stronger and more grounded in my life. Practicing with Adriene has brought me here. Thank you YWA!

Who's here after Flow 24? This was such a perfect practice for me today. My heart was a little tender because I've been experiencing such strong emotions, both highs and lows. There's been hardship, but also a lot of beauty. I'm beyond grateful to get to live and breath a passionate life - no dull moments here. In particular, I'm grateful for my yoga practice and the YWA/FWFG community for having my back and providing the tools to really feel my way trough everything. Namaste, I really mean it. Namaste <3

Another lovely sequence. And curiously, last night I did not fall asleep quickly, but was prompted to wake up for a brief while and listen to Autobiography of a Yogi. And what does Adriene have atop the note today? “Have only love in your heart for others. The more you see the good in them, the more you will establish good in yourself…” Paramahansa Yogananda Blossom day 3. 487 days in a row with Adriene.

This was what my heart needed this morning. I offer to you all the question I was given right before this practice and that anchored me through it: “Who do you love being the most?” May the wondering with an open heart bring you clarity of purpose today. ♥️♥️♥️

Perfect practice for my 400th straight day of Yoga with Adriene. Definitely some emotion today. What an incredible journey this has been. You've changed my life Adriene. Thank you for who you are, and the gift you bring to us all. <3

Had a really bad case of the "pandemic blahs" today - really exhausted and sore, brain fog. This was a life saver.🌟

Even though I generally prefer the non-voice-over sessions, this practice is one of my all-time favourites! The sequencing was one version of ideal, for my body and mood today. Thanks for the grounding and the boost. xo

I loved that this video had that same tricky sequence from flow, lifting opposite arm and leg from table - it’s so cool for it to feel less tricky than in early January.
