<p><span style="background-color: transparent;">When we take time to deepen the relationship with our subtle body and breath, we are creating a sense of wholeness, of feeling complete, more true.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">This can then lead to us feeling more confident and more capable of loving ourselves.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">And that of course can have a beautiful ripple effect, a movement beyond ourselves.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">So as we begin to add more vocabulary and depth through visualization and imagination remember,</span></p><p><strong style="background-color: transparent;">How you move matters.</strong></p>

In isolation, bereft of the usual distractions, I found your amazing yoga community. What a blessing! I looked inwards, deeper than I have ever done before and fell in love with myself all over again. Instead of mindlessly streaming contents to take myself away from the loneliness afforded by the world on pause…I came upon a longed for place, I embraced the opportunity to focus and nourish the inner self instead. I am forever grateful for everything that you are and everything that you do Adriene. My time in isolation has opened up such an amazing and loving way to go in and rediscover my true self. The poem you shared resonates with me. It moved me in ways that made my soul sing! My heart to open up and seemingly smile at this gift that you lovingly curated. Thanks for rocking my world! I don’t long for the time to actualize the self I crave to become; I am enough, right here, right now. Not missing out on the joys the present brings by longing for the past long gone and caught up in dreaming of an uncertain future. Thank you for providing a safe space where we can all find something meaningful while in the midst of so many challenges. I love this series! I hope everyone feels how beautiful it is to move with intention and allow each breath to guide each movement and let that feeling of utter bliss to create a ripple effect around the world. I notice so many wishing for a longer shavasana and i was thinking about this yesterday. My suggestion to Adriene and her team would be to close out how she normally does, but leave the music playing at the end for 10-15 min, so those doing an extended shavasana know how long they've been in it. And those who need to get on with their day can just stop it and move on. Thoughts?

"Keep breathing. Keep moving." I had to say goodbye to my beloved Penny, my dogter, in November. Every day has been a struggle to be in her absence. Today's practice with pigeon pose made me feel her absence all the more as she would sometimes push her snoot under to see why my head was on the ground. Today's practice also made me connect with her. As dogs go, she was pretty great. She taught me how to be still and also be curious and excited for adventure. She was and still is my teacher in many ways. I practice so I can feel close to her, to the life all around me. I hope you all are well. Give each of your furbabies a pet and a scratch from me. Namaste.

I was so determined to hop onto the mat every day for the Move series at the start of the year...and now, on Day 4, I've hurt my foot. I cannot stay even in downward looking dog - my toes are killing me. Very much looking forward to coming back to this, but somewhat sad and discouraged that I have to take a break. Missing you already - but I'll be back. X

Hello Beloved Sanga. I am so grateful for all of you and most especially Ms. Adriene (and of course Benji) 🐾 Like it has been for many of us, the past two years have been challenging for me. They have taken a toll on my body, mind and Spirit. 🙏🏽 All the more reason to LOVE this offering of the Move series. I am already beginning to feel MUCH more integrated, strong and happy 😃 I am holding the High Watch for me and for you knowing that we are One. I had to look up what a cardinal was! I was thinking butterfly (we have those here in UK), but I’m guessing it was the bird (not one we have here!)?

Move is 100% causing some shifts within me, physically, emotionally &amp; spiritually - it’s it making space, clearing out that stagnant energy &amp; making way for ‘Space’ &amp; ‘Change’…I can feel it deep within, like coming home to ‘Self’ - Grateful as always for our FWFG family, sending peace &amp; love as we all claim our power &amp; ‘Move’ ourselves into whatever our hearts desire 🙏🏼🤍✨
