Our democracy was just attacked. So hard to come to the mat, but i made it. For the first time in my 15 years of yoga practice, me heels touched the ground in downward dog. I broke through into a new level today. I believe from this insanity, our country will also break through to a new moment. It is time for sanity to take control and the insanity to stop. I wish you all keep moving through this journey; in many ways, a practice like this is an element of making sure the events of today do not happen again. 🙏

Loving every day of this practice. Really feel as if i am working every day. Its a very warm evening in Christchurch New Zealand and i definitely feel a glow. Its a while since i amanaged daily practice but this is keeping me committed
