I don’t think I can do 30 days of the incessant chatter - is it helpful or necessary? Chinese saying - too many words in the mouth! I appreciate they’re have all been pre-recorded but last years 30 day course wasn’t like this. Less is more!

Reading the comments below it’s nice to know others are practising in their pyjamas too! I realised a while ago that I was much more likely to practice if I didn’t feel the need to put special yoga clothes on 😊

It makes me so happy knowing I'm doing this practice at the same time as so many others around the world. Be well out there and revel in these dear bodies that bring us this joy. XO

Excercise/yoga and meditation used to feel like a chore..something i SHOULD be doing. Since becoming a mom 3 years ago (and discovering adriene’s beautiful guidance) i have realized that carving this time out for me..to take care of myself, physically and energetically is the best form of self care. It’ s a beautiful gift I give to myself, and the rest of things in life become much easier to handle. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so my practice is about filling my cup. Thank you so much Adriene, for being the clear encouragement.

Wow, this 30 days is difficult and real for me so far. Im sweating, trembling, Im frustrated, feeling like a beginner again. Its because of slower pace than i used to. Thanks Adriene. Im getting into the gold here, sweating away all the toxins. 🙏

A wonderful workout to check in with the body. For all of those new to the FWFG community, HANG IN THERE! I have been following Adriene for years now and I can tell you that when I first started working out with yoga I couldn't even sit in cross-legged position for more than a few seconds. The transformation of my body over time is nothing short of a miracle. It truly is about "the jouney".

Bridge finally clicked for me when she said imagine shins pointing forward. I felt my whole body shift into a new position. Loved it

I struggled with the pace with this practice as I so used to move quickly between poses (and moving quickly in life!). I did get frustrated at points but at the end, I think this is exactly what I needed. Slow down, focus on the movement and to stick to my breath. Looking forward to tomorrow's practice. Namaste

Morning also from Kent in England (it's lovely to realise that people are close sharing this practice- such a community). Lovely way to start the day. I was up early today and started off almost in darkness. It was lovely to start snuggled into that and gradually as the practice went on the day outside started to get lighter almost reflecting my mood. Really loving the gentle reminder of noticing each moment and being present. It's not about what's next it's about what's now.
