<p>I normally love Marnie’s practices but this one wasn’t good for me at all. It was a very frustrating practice because I couldn’’t do some of it and it actually made me feel quite inadequate and useless. I’m not definitely not moving through anger, more moving through tears of frustration. I won’t be doing this one again, but I still love Marnie ❤️</p>

<p>Most of this was a fun and good exercise. I could not make both legs jump and not do the handstand. Perhaps I was not angry enough, perhaps it was my wrist or perhaps it was the age (79) 😘. At any rate; I had great fun and loved it. Thank you, Marnie 💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴🌕</p>

<p>I've had alot of anger pent up lately, just circulating around my body. I wake up angry most days. Intimidated to try this one, but after reading the comments, I'm going to be open and give it a try. See what it does for me. Maybe I'll learn something about myself. If it's too much, I'll pause and try again another day. </p>

<p>I didn't manage any of the moves that had all my weight on hands -- the jump hops or the handstand. I wouldn't have minded some alternative suggestions, but still here I am -- a little sweaty and not really minding all that much that I wasn't a complete "success" with this practice. Thanks Marnie.</p>

<p>Thank you Marnie - what a lift and you are strongggg</p><p>I have done the hop lift for handstand put couldn’t get my mind to make the shift - when doing it for another purpose 🤪 but surprised I could do the jump switch!!
