Day 6 - Doing this practice - listening to Adriene's voice was a soothing point in my day - struggling with tucking my tail and not locking my knees - And I'm still standing and a little taller each day.

WHAT IF… i practiced tadasana during my lunch break everyday?! I mean EVERY DAY! Honestly, it would be such a grounding midday reminder to increase awareness of my body and breath. Anybody else out there want to commit to this too?!

<p>❤️❤️ Video description: Whole video is spent in tadasana/ mountain pose, with Adriene explaining the pose along the way. First she guides us into four parts equal standing, then gives some action points for feeling into the pose. She shows us how to feel the “inner rotation” using a yoga block between the thighs. We get a nice shoulder stretch & heart opener with fingers interlaced behind the back. </p>
