To start, Adrienne you are one of my heroes and a daily guide. The question I pose today, is why do 3 legged dogs make me feel lite rage when you announce they're coming up next? I wonder if my pms contributes but it's usually mild until you ask us to lift a leg in downward dog. It's the only time I want to quit my practice in frustration. Do you find this to be common with many people?

I did this practice this afternoon as my grand daughter napped. Transitioning to side plank was tricky and not very pretty but i gave it my all 😂

<p>It's always nice seeing a favorite on the calendar! I just did this after the work day and it felt great. And! I was finally able to touch my toes during the seated side bends toward the end!! That's something I could do it in the past and lost it for a while, but here it was on both sides today! ✨✨</p>

<p>This was hard work for me today and I had to take some breaks in child’s pose. I did most of it though and am slowly learning to accept that my body is getting older . 🥰</p>

Michelle, you might want to check out Rey’s video (with Adriene) ‘Shoulder Health and Wealth.’ Rey’s wealth :) of advice will help you solve the issues you’re having in building a solid foundation in side plank. His advice makes perfect sense and is very easy to follow. You will appreciate and enjoy side plank thereafter!
