<p>In this 15 minute at home yoga session, we will use poses to ground and find stability while using pranayama to move stagnant energy. This therapeutic standing yoga practice will bring a healthy flow of energy to the body to aid the mind and heart so that you can find forward movement. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands free practice that can be done without a yoga mat too! Use this 15 min practice to get out of a low situation, flush low energy, and gently stimulate your core. Come as you are, welcome balance back in.</p>

I really needed this pratice. The situation in Italy is scary beacause of the Coronavirus,. We are not living, everything is shut and wwe are even afraid of our neighborood. To feel grounded really helps and as well as some fun and free style with knocking on Heaven's door

Happy, that’s how I feel after this short practice! Did this after Yoga for Inner Space. It’s a perfect combination. Love eagle pose, it brought to mind the golden eagle that soared over me as I hiked along the coast early morning on the 4th. KoHD is a great way to move and unstuck stagnant energies. Move in the way that serves us best, come to practice. It takes discipline to show up when I am feeling well, I keep at it because I am worthy. I enjoyed this session very much. Thanks Adriene. I fell off from my practice for a couple of weeks, and this was the VOTD for my birthday. Really needed this one! Added in a couple rounds of sun salutation and feel so much better. So grateful for this community!

After all this time i finally achieved eagle pose. I don’t know why but i seem suddenly better able to hear the cues, and sinking lower really worked! A great session and thank you 🙏
