<p>Amazing practice, Tyler! One of the downsides of having a home practice is that I'm constantly wondering about my alignment. This warrior felt RIGHT. I don't know how to explain it, but it was lovely. My sweetheart of a black cat came to snuggle with me in savasana. What a gift!</p>

<p>The videos in this series are amazing. ❤️ Everything, from the poses, the cues, the humor, the vibes, the gentleness, all these give me a sense of ease, a sense of peace. Also, usually bridge pose is not my jam, but today I felt sooo relaxed in that bridge, with the block underneath my back... I think it was the first time in about 10 years of yoga when I actually truly enjoyed bridge pose. 😂 Thank you so much, Tyler! 🙏🏻</p>
