A change of scenery, I am connecting from the set of our upcoming 30 Day Yoga Journey!

This will be the only new upload here this month as we are hunkering down to make sure this 30 Day Yoga Journey is packaged and polished with all the love and thoughtfulness one can muster.

The 30 Day Yoga Journey announcement will be coming soon, so stay tuned for that along with the opportunity to sign up and invite your people.

December brings a theme that transitions us perfectly into the January Yoga Journey. We are also taking a week to go full into our energy work and savor this precious time of reflection while balancing out some of the heavier things we can tend to experience this season.

Click here to download and sync your schedule with December’s offerings, in particular our FWFG Member’s Only practices. (If you feel pulled by energy work, and the chakra system - mark your calendar and let’s ride!)

MATCHING PJS?! The poem reading got me, but I might be hypersensitive due to loss. I’m looking forward to another 30 day journey, but this one will be different. I’ve joined every year, but this time my yoga cat won’t be present. Smokee Bear and my yoga mat have always had my back. Shaking in my boots here. Thank you for the many gifts and path throughout the year and ahead. Love and strength to all. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you both and sorry for the loss of your loved ones. I remember when Adriene lost Blue. I lost Sug Bear about a year later and now Smo Bear which has been harder. My heart hurts, but I know it will mend with time. The woes of loving wholeheartedly. 💞
