Shift energy, connect to your natural balanced state, relax, reset, and rejuvenate both brain and body. </p><p><br></p><p>This session invites you to come into a present state of awareness. Come as you are - no experience necessary. </p><p><br></p><p>Optional props: a pillow, blanket, towel, or cushion to sit on.</p>

I loved this meditation. My only issue still is getting into a comfortable posture. Trying to sit up tall always bugs my back. I tend to lose focus from all of the adjusting.

I'm finishing the first year of my PhD (late) after battling the coronavirus for almost 50 days. I have been doing this meditation every day while I have been working on a scholarly paper, and it always puts my mind and energy in the best place for thinking and learning. Thank you, and Namaste.

I was so uncomfortable the who time. Kept figiting and changing the position of my legs. Didn't enjoy this at all however, I took a lot out of it and there were lots of knots and clinginess leaving my body and it felt good but not. Thank you. May we be blessed with easy desires. 🙏💓🎶
