Also, if my daughter is still awake at the end of this video, after Adriene mentions “your sweet heart” my daughter turns to me and says, “you’re my sweetheart mama!” 🥰

My 7 year old daughter has trouble falling asleep and has anxiety over being alone in the dark. She always asks me, “mama, can you play adriene for me?” Tonight she asked for Adriene, as usual, and she then she said, “I love Adriene because she makes me feel so relaxed when i am feeling scared of the dark.” ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for all you do, Adriene. You’re truly making a difference!

I've been listening to this every night for 6 months. Adriene really puts me to sleep! Thank you so much. I think the background music is calming and soothing, and I love at the end how there is the music without speaking. Does anyone know of similar music longer in duration? On those insomnia nights, I'd like to listen to more of the music on a loop!

This is literally the video I watch everyday. As you do the body scan, I lie in bed completely tensing and releasing the areas you say, and for about 3 months now, I've listened to this every single night before bed. 95% of the time I fall asleep, I have severe ADHD, and this video is incredible for me and my monkey mind! Lol thank you so much for this, 🙏 I hope to see more, maybe an updated version? Of pre-bed meditation? That would be divine! 😁🙏 Love you Adrienne &amp; crew! Thank you everybody else reading this! I loved this so much (although did have a quiet giggle to myself when she accidentally referred to wrists as ankles). Beautiful way to end the day 💛

Sometimes i have to listen to this 2 or 3 times, but it does help. Would love a longer version.
