<p>Ever since Light’s series, meditation feels so much more accessible to me. It eradicated the idea that I could do meditation ‘wrong’ or that I could ‘ruin it’ if I’m ‘thinking too much’. If I need to scratch an itch or get interrupted by some thing, I can always come back to the meditation. So much love to all the wise ones at FWFG.</p>

<p>My lovely dad passed away suddenly in May this year and (sorry if this seems weird) but I drifted into a corn field and felt a connection with him during this meditation. Tears flowed but oh what a wonderful release. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Adriene … so grateful 😇 💜🙏🏻🫶</p>

<p>I broke my wrist last week. I’m still doing your daily yoga practices, whatever I can do without weight-bearing. <p>I thought this would restore balance but it’s not a balm when your nervous system is out of balance as I had hoped. Lovely mediation if you are already balanced and want to maintain this balance in my opinion. Lovely background music in this one. </p>

<p>I recently had back surgery which has limited my regular yoga routine. I’m truly missing it. But I’ve reminded myself that even though I can’t bend or twist, I can do meditation and this is a balm. Just hearing your voice Adriene has brought me back to the feelings I get when I do yoga. I’m so grateful for your work. It feels like home. </p>
