Last time I did this series was probably 2021 or 2022 and I remember feeling so overwhelmed and frustrated because everything seemed so hard and I felt weak as f****. Today I was having some flashbacks to that old me while current me was practically breezing through the poses as if I had done this my entire life. I'm low key amazed what ~20 minutes a day can achieve, like Adriene always preaches to us: a little goes a long way. Sometimes we just need a little patience and trust too!

This was the perfect gentle soul filling practice I needed today. I’m not feeling well and I almost skipped today. I need to always remember that I will never regret having come to the mat. But I would have regretted missing this. Namaste 🙏

Good moves, but I found the narrating not as loud as I'd like & my laptop's volume was up to 100%. Because of that, I also found the music rather distracting at times, especially with the finger-snapping (not exactly relaxing) & the high-pitched vocalizing. Otherwise, quite doable. Thank you, as always, Adriene. P.S. You are already beautiful! I don't think you need all that extra make up to guide us in these yoga practices.

Each Chakra practice is so beautiful and I love them all! This series is magical!! Love the sensuality of this one so delightful 🩷🙏🏻☮️🧘🏼‍♀️ when I first did this practice I couldn’t come close to reaching back in pigeon for my foot now I can do each side with ease it amazes me!! 🤩 feeling happy from the inside❤️
