<p>Today’s lesson invites us to focus on anchoring the thoughts of a busy mind with the tools of our practice. I'm rocking a sore shoulder right now but hated to miss my yoga. I usually like to push myself so it took a lot of control, a lot of anchoring, to modify and take care. I think I did okay.

Is anyone else feeling sofe after todays practice? I found the breath opened me up and encouraged me to challenege myself, perhaps before i was fully wantm or awake. Pretty sore as a result, but a good reminder that im in my body in these profoundly dissociative times

I'm having quite a rollercoaster of emotions so far this journey... The other day I felt a sense of relief &amp; couldn't help but smile... I loved the practice today, but when I got to extended child's pose, the tears just started pouring... It must have been exactly what I needed, I do feel better for it ❤
